BY DOWNLOADING ANY ISLAND VISION IMAGE (VIA WEBSITE OR EMAIL), YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE PERMISSIONS SENT BY EMAIL OR POST. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING ANY IMAGES.
No images may be downloaded from the ISLAND VISIONS website without prior consent.
You and/or your company, may not use or reproduce the images in any manner whatsoever other than as expressly described.
You and/or your company agree and acknowledge that ISLAND VISIONS retains all right, title, and interest in and to the images. You and/or your company shall have no rights in the images other than the limited license in this Agreement. You may not edit, manipulate, or change these images without prior consent. You may not reproduce the images in any way (including printing the images as fine art for display or wholesale) without prior consent as the copyright will remain the property of ISLAND VISIONS.
Some non profitable organisations and charities may use ISLAND VISIONS images with no charge but all images must be credited to ISLAND VISIONS PHOTOGRAPHY and all terms and conditions still apply.
If you and/or your company purchase the use of an ISLAND VISIONS image/s, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions in this agreement and agree to pay in full for any unauthorized usage of the image/s including a fee of which will be 50% of the final invoice value.
Any breach of the Island Visions copyright (i.e. unauthorized download leading to publication or sales) will be charged at twice the standard rate of usage.
All permissions will be sent either by email or by post.
These terms and conditions exclude images purchased from the website as Cards, Mounted Prints or Canvas.
