Our VHS Video, Slide and Photo Film conversion has already proven to be rather popular, and with our professional quality scanning and conversion equipment, you can be sure that those fading memories are preserved forever.

A step by step guide on how to order

Step 1

First you will need to drop us an Email or a phonecall: 07773 239 980 so we can give you a quote.
All orders will be custom which means that we will tailor each conversion to your needs.

Step 2

Once you are happy with your quote, you will need to send us your VHS, Slides, Negatives or old photos through the post, or alternatively you can bring them to our Shanklin or Sandown shop.
Once we have the media, we will let you know it has arrived safely and we will also tell you the approximate turnaround time.

Step 3

Next we will scan your images using our professional high resolution equipment and software.
We will add some basic editing to the images such as colour correction and exposure.
For VHS conversion we wont provide any editing other than basic removal of static and visual noise along with adding a title screen to the finished video.
If you require heavier editing work to be carried out (in the case of damaged slides/photos etc), this must be requested before the initial quote is given. If the media is damaged beyond 50% original quality and you were unaware of the damage, we will contact you and ask how to proceed before making any additional edits to the images.

Step 4

Once the media has been converted and editing applied, we will invoice you for the agreed amount. This can be paid via bank transfer or by a secure payment link provided by PayPal (PayPal account is not necessary).

Step 5

Your original media will be returned to you by post along with any digital copies that have been requested on CD or DVD. This also includes any requested photographs and canvas prints.
If you only require a digital download, we will send you a secure private link to where your video or digital photos can be downloaded from.
The general turnaround varies between 3 and 7 days but we will advise you on the waiting time during the initial ordering stage.
